Aditi’s journey in Anthropology led to a deep exploration of food and agriculture. She has worked on farms since 2012, spanning the US, India and Singapore.
She’s grown food in the ground and greenhouses, on rooftops and vertical racks. A big believer in food and farming as equalizers, Aditi has been teaching and designing engagement programs on environmental education for 10 years.
Most recently, she’s written a curriculum for the Living Soil, with the intention of directing conversations from silos to soils about social-soil communities.

Vivian’s practice of social artistry sees food and community-building as media, bringing people together to explore meaningful ways of being. Inspired by her experience of the Transition Town community while serving as a yoga instructor in Los Angeles, California, she builds communities for regeneration and resilience.
Perpetually tuning in to Nature for guidance, Vivian co-created Garden of L.E.A.H. - a conscious-living space in Chiang Mai, where she holds space for gardening, natural building, mindful eating and co-living. Back in Singapore, she continues to heart-craft spaces for well-being through facilitating mindful eating workshops and her capacity-building work with Living Soil.
